Does the Monopoly board still price London right?

The Monopoly board coloured by the median price of a home on or near each real street, from sales between January 2020 and September 2026. Whitehall and Pall Mall, two of the cheapest squares, are among the dearest real streets; Park Lane and Leicester Square are worth far less than the board suggests. Hover over or tap a street to see both of its prices.

And ranked: the 14 streets with enough home sales, by their price on the board and by their real price, each band in its Monopoly colour.

A Monopoly board coloured by real median home prices, beside bands linking each street's rank on the board to its rank by real price.

Data: HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, standard residential sales from January 2020 to the latest published in September 2026; the median on each street where it has 8+ sales, otherwise its postcode sector (Mayfair: W1K and W1J). Board prices: UK Monopoly. Fleet St, Trafalgar Sq, Coventry St, Regent St, Oxford St, Bond St and Northumberland Ave have too few home sales to price.
